UK gamers stumble during top match

I post this not because of the news itself, but because I think it is cool to see major publications starting to notice the popularity of video games based competitions. The top cyber-athletes train for hours a day and it makes you wonder if they will ever find time for a social life, let alone how their social skills will cope when it comes time to put the joystick down and enter the land of the flesh.

I too once had aspirations of being a cyber-athlete, but those dreams were quickly shattered when my 10-year old brother beat me in Warcraft II. I promise I will get him back one day.

UK-based gaming clan Four-Kings has suffered defeat in the second of a series of exhibition matches organised by Intel.
