Currently, we're using <a href="http://www.fastbugtrack.com/" rel="nofollow">Alcea Fast BugTrack</a>... works pretty well, but at least the version we have doesn't run as a service on NT, which is a pain... someone has to be logged in at all times, with that piece of software running and minimized I should take a look at this.
