Is SCO beginning to come apart at the seams?
Many of us suspected that the Lindon, Utah, company would not survive its frivolous lawsuits and attack on Linux and this week brought first the rumour and now confirmation that the SCO Group has laid off “a minor number of employees across the board”.
According to Blake Stowell, the reviled company’s communications director, the layoffs were made so the company “could be profitable within our core Unix business in the next quarter.” Yeah, right!
