Why? Because you can I guess and it would make for a nice dev machine if need be. If you decide to use it host a whole website well, let me know about it as I would be curious to see that.

How to setup Apache… To be honest, you just go to the Apache home page (www.apache.org) and download the MSI package for Win32. Then, you install it to C:\Website or whatever directory, edit the httpd.conf file, or follow a guide on the Net about setting up Apache as a whole.
