MoreGoogle seems to give you better annotated results for your Google searches. Looks really nice, but no way in am I going to use IE. But if that kind of thing works for you it seems to be some pretty cool software to try out.

On a sidenote, Google is probably gonna jump all over this guy shortly. Reason one, the name. Reason two, the site.
