Does anyone else besides me wonder who pays for these studies that are pretty much reduced to common sense. Let’s see here, there are more Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing game then I can count along with other genres and most of these run on subscription models with more and more people joining every month. According to my math that means that the revenue produced by these games is going to go up. Or if I wish to sound good for the investors, the revenue is going to skyrocket.

The boom in this niche could be a saving grace for the game industry, which is expected to see fluctuating hardware and software sales in the coming years.

Hell, I didn’t even know it needed saving.
