A moderator on the “Bungie Forums”:http://www.bungie.net/Forums/posts.aspx?postID=829516 has acknowledged the leak of Halo 2 to the ‘net, saying it could have been something as low-tech as an employee in the manufacturing plant pocketing a disc on the way home, and that Bungie hasn’t been hacked. Half-Life 2 was stolen several months ago from Valve’s internal network, so apparently some people were concerned that Bungie’s security had been compromised as well.
What is Microsoft going to do about this?
There’s no doubt in my mind that Microsoft has people tracking down whoever was responsible for this. I hope whoever it was thought that leaking the game was worth his job, I hear the Microsoft legal team employ some very effective ninja.

I got the copy of it and im sad to say i regret it, all my geeky friends didnt get it and when i went to school i was expecting tons of halo junkies to be talking about it all day, but noone knew about it, considering how few people really have a modded xbox, so the BOOM was not as big as i would have wanted it to be, although its awesome, i regret it, but ill still play it 4ever >:D

i dont know about u guys but the leaked version of halo 2 is a piece of $hit. my brother downloaded it (being the dumbass he is)and went around braging about it. well, we he wasent home i went into his room and played on level. let me tell u the leak version sucks ass. its slow and the game frezzes alot too. if anyone is thinking about downloading the game i would hold off untill november 9. its only like 2 weeks away so i dont see the point in downloading a game that sucks ass when u can wait 2 weeks and buy the good copy.

ok i don’t know what anyone is talking about when they say this version of Halo 2 is glitchy…….Its the freaking final release for France….so do they sell glitchy choppy versions of games to French ppl or something??
No the more it is downloaded the worsde it gets. it is being compressed and decompressed hundreds or even thousands of times and some files are damaged and lost.
The first one i downloaded was glitchy as hell but i tried a diffrent link and it was perfect fast loading and evrything.
You just have to choose your DL spot.

You guys all suck balls. Halo2 rocks. Even the French Version is sickass. Screw anyone who thinks Halo is shit. The graphics are 100 times better than Halo1, the gameplay is faster, more exciting, everything is cool except for stupid french voices. I am definitely buying this game, just cos I want the manual/packaging. Also like I said, French sux.
