So for $40 extra you get a strategy guide, some posters, a hat, etc. Might be worth it for a chance to win a trip to Valve though. You could tour the place and see why it took so long to finish the damn game!

*Fun Fact:* Back when the first Half-Life came out, I wrote in to Gabe Newell about something, I don’t remember what, and he responded the next day then mailed me a free Half-Life hat a day or two after that. I still have the hat and have been a HL fan ever since! Not that I wouldn’t have if he didn’t do that, but it was a cool personal touch anyway.
