True, that&#039;s fine if you only play around with JSP, and if in production you have everything all set up for you. However, if you want to play with the power of both Apache and Tomcat (perhaps with using mod_rewrite in JSP apps), then having them both linked up together is going to be a big help. I do JSP coding for a living and that article still helped me out though. Nice writeup/review.
