Now this may just save us a few hours at my office. This little vbscript will read user information from a CSV and create user accounts in a Windows 2000/2003 Active Directory. It will also add the users to groups and create home directories (though we have no use for the last bit). Sounds pretty good compared to creating 1000+ accounts by hand, which is what we were looking at doing this week…. Now is there one that’ll do it in RAC-F, too? :-)

3You can use CSVDE to import and export AD data in .csv format. However I can’t seem to get the import function to add the email address attribute correctly, which makes the whole process worthless!
