If you haven’t read about it elsewhere well then remember you read it here first. Microsoft has put into beta (again I believe) their Google-killer. It’s as ugly as ever. Looks amateurish. And ummm, I don’t know what else to say. It’s another search engine. Not the most exciting of topics.
So I guess I will raise the all important question. What the hell makes this thing beta? Are we supposed to report bugs or something? I blame Google for this “beta” nonsense. If you release a website to the public, beta disappeared a long time ago. Beta search my ass.

1MSN search, quite frankly always sucked. Ever seen the amount of irrelivant crap you get searching there?
Well I hope they get a bit better so those ignorant enough to use MSN searches at least get half decent results.

2Come on, atleast it makes an attempt at being web standards friendly. Almost validates as XHTML strict, and even uses CSS (and that nifty IE5 filter).
I think it’s their technology, therefore beta. Well I don’t touch any MS product unless it hits 2.0, so I will wait.
