Telephone Sharing the first to develop it is Gippsland IT in Australia see TelephoneSharing.com & http://www.intercompages.com
Works amazingly well with Windows. Their system by passes all Telco billing systems and user pays Voip accounts. It is really something quite amazing. I say well done to them.

I would be down for something like this if I ever did any international calls, but seeing how my bride finally arrived in the mail from Russia there is no longer a reason to make those calls.
