Try out justdubs.net if you’re looking for dubs. They have a lot of stuff that you don’t have to download (they use Veoh, etc). However, sometimes a video may be removed by the video host, but they are pretty quick to fixing the problem.

i know an anime site that has all anime shows on it, but it only lets you see for a little while until they ask you to sign up for donations to see more. but it does work, little by little. its called animefever.org. you can visit it every day for free, i believe. hope this helps for somebody
