One of my favorite things about Firefox has been the interface. With it being customizable, you can make it as cluttered or clutter-free as you like. I guess the point of it is that if you have a 60 year old grandmother who has been using IE, it allows her to use a more secure browser, but doesn't change the interface. Yeah, it is pretty ugly.
