FG is growing and in the process of growing we are looking for 1 or 2 more people to add to our crew to write entries, articles, or whatever you even call the mess of stuff we post daily. Interests should include at least one of the categories you can see on your right.
Also we have a FG spinoff in the works. For this project we are looking for people who love videogames and would love nothing more than to write about them. Too many videogame sites provide the same ol’ same ol’ so who better to give it a spin than FG?
If you are interested in either scenario drop me a line: scrivs{AT}forevergeek.com.
Also we would like to welcome Derek Featherstone (feather) as the latest member of our crew. We are proud that by adding him our Geek Index has increased by 50 points over the last week.

3Should I write congrats Derek Featherstone or congrats with Derek Featherstone?
PS. The Preview page looks rather funky at present.

4Not that anyone cares, but I am typing this preview on a 30″ Apple Cinema Display….dammit, drooled again.

530 inches? Holy crap. Can you even see everything going on with that kind of screen real estate?

6Do you own that display, or are you just at an Apple store or something? If you own it, how does WoW look on a 30″? OMG!

7ooooh…
now I have to beat scrivs and go hook my computer up in my dad’s home theater… 120 inch screen, 7.1 surround sound

And welcome aboard, Derek II

8For everyone that has written me an email I will make sure to get back to you tomorrow.
Oh and I own a 30″ Cinema Display now…don’t know how I let myself fall into that one. Kind of had to get a 1.8 dual G5 as well…that’s another story.

930″ Cinema? Do you know how much those things cost? How exactly did that come about?
Congrats on the 1.8 G5…I love mine. I wish my 21″ CRT would die, so I could justify a LCD, though I don’t see a 30″ Cinema anytime in my near future. Four grand? yikes

10Actually it was $3k…in any case it was a lot of money, but it duals as my entertainment center in my room so in the long term it’s worth it.
