I don’t ever post these kinds of things, but I figure at least someone is looking for a new 20″ LCD monitor and these kinds of offers are almost too good to pass up.
Hit up this page for 20″ goodness.
Then at checkout use coupon code JL3BGX85J45GSC.
Total price should be $529.20 (without tax). Don’t know how long it will last, but this is one of the best 20″ LCDs on the market so you might wish to jump on it.

2I use a pair of these at work.
The Good
1600 x 1200 native res with 16ms response. With a good graphic card, it rocks… urr… not that I play games at work.
The Bad
Screen door effect. Subpar text rendering. Laptop gc driver unavailable if you want to use pivit. (At least not for my ATI Mobility Radeon 9700)
The Ugly
Pray that you never have a problem, unless you speak fluent Hindi. It’s against Dell corporate policy for their customer support to speak English.

3This is at the upper end of the “deals” for this monitor that have been around recently. Last month Dell had it for $479.
My buddy just picked up the widescreen version a few weeks back for $529 w/o a coupon code by simply CALLING Dell and asking a sales guy for a deal, LOL.
But regardless… $529 is still a great price for this excellent monitor :)

4I tried the coupon code again later (8:45am) and it says that it has expired. However, if you go to this link: http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=bsd&cs=04&sku=320-1578&category_id=4058
then they have it for 549 w/o tax. No coupon needed.

5Sorry about that everyone. If I knew the coupon was only gonna last 1 hour after posting I wouldn’t have bothered.

6Well my friend just bought one a few days ago for $600 off of Dell’s site. After seeing his I really wanted to get one. Being a film major I’m all about the wide screen aspect but it was $150 more. After seeing this article I linked off of James url and I found the 20.1″ wide screen lcd for $549. I immediately bought it. Thanks guys for the info.
