If you work on servers remotely you should know a thing or two about SSH. If you work on servers remotely and don’t know SSH then you are probably either using VPN or Telnet. If telnet is your solution I am sure there are a 1,000 hackers out there thanking you.

SSH is a secure protocol that allows you to work on the commandline of a remote server. This article over at Linux.com provides a very basic overview on how to get your feet wet.
