From the “Just Because You Can” category, this site shows you how to fry an egg using the heat generated by your processor. This person used an AMD Athlon XP 1500.
Then he built the “cooker” using the following materials.
The tools needed are:
- 1 x Egg
- 1 x Roll of Silver Foil
- 1 x Brown Sauce
- 2 x Slices Bread
- 1 x Heatsink
The end result looks like a normal fried egg. Wander if you could scramble eggs on there as well.

From my experience I can say that AMDs fry than Intels.
