Theres a difference between a hacker who modifies his or her own game for their own personal entertainment and distributes it freely to others who would like to enjoy set persons hack on their own copy of the game and a cracker who hacks a game to cheat in unreal tournament. Modest hackers dont like cheaters and dont like to be associated with them. So if your pissed Stuart im sure there are also other hackers who are pissed that there are people cheating in an online tournament and destroying servers. Game hackers are not in the buisness to make gamming miserable for anyone. Temco does not stand to loose money over a hack of one of its games, if anything, someone who has heard of the hack will go out and buy the game so they can try it out, (does this mean a hack could benefit Temco’s sales??)
Dispite what Temco says, this lawsuit is obviously about the hack pertaining to nudity and Temco doesnt want to be harassed by angry mothers nation wide. If the lawsuit was truly about their right to sell games that are not meant to be modified then there would be no such thing as gameshark or codebreakers or any other cheat/save system retailing in stores.

hackers deserve to pay for breaking the rules to beat other players online and at home.My name is stuart and i play Unreal Tournament alot it was the best game ever until the hackers got a hold of it. Now all they do is cheat and destroy servers because there sore losers. I have no love for hackers at all they get what they seserve.they should be taught a lesson the play with peole emotions and they dont care who knows about it.I say send them to jail and let them face some of hate they push around to everyone else for a change. Not to mention they cost the big companys Billions of dollors tring to stop thes frauds.I d love to see a hacker tase his own medication just once.They get away with murdur and you all let them do it.Its so bad they got there hands into everything nothings is privite anymore they steal from people online and take programes that programers worked on 4 years and turn it into shit.I hate hackers everywhere what good are they?They get off on hurting people and i think they should be brought to light.No more underground i hope my dream comes true hackers you suck.
