Try getting Red Sox tickets online and you will know what I mean. You are lucky to get into the Virtual Waiting Room and the odds are against you from even being able to purchase tickets once you get there. Granted, us Red Sox fans are pretty large in number, but the MLB.com's system is pathetic. Maybe MLB.com will finally be able to fix its online ticket purchasing system.
