Are you constantly at a loss trying to explain to a non-technical person why a browser like firefox is better than IE?
All you need to do is point them in the direction of this article at How Stuff Works. It gives a fairly good overview of features like tabbed browsing, extensions, the download manager, and security that just about anyone can understand.
Definitely sending this to all my family. There is nothing worse than visiting for the weekend, and spending that entire weekend running adaware and spybot and windows update (over dialup no less!) to “fix” their browser becuase it won’t hold its homepage.
