According to Reuters.com it seems that many import stores are selling PSPs very well in Europe and the price of them ($577) is more than twice as high as the American value pack that will come with the Spiderman 2 movie which will retail for $249.

If the portable console continues to be so successful Nintendo will have to take measures to try and keep the sales of their also sale successful DS going strong in Europe and America. I’d expect a price drop in the coming months and some strong titles announcements.
