remove the battery and check to see if you see a red mark. if so then its damage.

send it in to get it repair. that can easily be fixed.

Ok so , I am really considering purchasing this phone . It seems like I would greatly enjoy it and seems it is just right for me. But i do have a few questions .
I am wondering if it does basic text messaging ? I am constantly texting because a lot of times it is faster than email and its also close to 2010 so most people text now.
As for my second question, I was wondering if it has a general wall charger ? In this review you stated that it needs a ‘USB’ cable and I thought that was only for computers.
Lastly , on the previous review I researched for this phone, someone said that the screen was a little ‘fuzzy’… ?? Is this fact true ?

This phone plan text, and you can get pics. It’s 2009 and al that’s missing i 3g speeds, a camera, and music player. To get pictures to your pc just email them to yourself and download them.

I just ordered one used on ebay for $25, Chirs. I havn’t gotten it yet, and I would also like to know the text messaging is. I’m only going to have it for three months because my family is switching phone services, and this is a replacement for my LG enV (Great for texting!) that I just broke. I’d like to know if I’m going to like it because so many other new phones are out.

I just ordered a 7250 and I’m not sure it was the right choice i am 14 and some of my main concerns are can you simply text message? not email just simple text message? also does it have music capabilities? also i know it doesn’t have a camera but can you receive picture messages? and is the phone worth 50 dollars used? and its 2008 so is it still useful? Help would be nice thank you

Does anyone know how to pull photos off of your blackberry 7250 that were stored in the picture file? I have one photo on there that I want to keep but have not found the software to retrieve it with.

My verizon BB7250 is outstanding. It has always been a great unit, and now with evdo high speed data support, it is just delicious! Kudos to RIM and Verizon!

I’m not sure I agree 100% with your negative assessment of the phone button’s location. It lies nicely under the index finger for a quick squeeze when you need it. I’m not aware that pressing the phone button by accident when holstering has any negative consequences anyway.

For my money, The Blackberry is still the best mobile email device out there. I used some of the WIndows Mobile devices and the email sucked the root. not to mention they are always designed with Microsoft’s bug-filled operating systems. Microsoft eats it.

I was hesitant on purchasing a blackberry again, not because my last one was bad, but because I was not sure I would use all the features it has to offer.

Well let me tell you, use most of the features on it and love it. It has made me more available to people with it’s wireless email function and more organized with it’s smart schedule interface. I would recommend this unit to everyone.

I love mine, wouldn’t trade it for anything. With IM+, the built in Enterprise features and all the goodies only available with BlackBerry, this unit is the bomb.

There are a few third party programs that will let you edit word and excel documents. It’s still a bit cumbersome due to the display limitation of a PDA device. Also I’m very surprise that unit did not come with a Desktop Cradle. RIM does provide a cradle where you can feed the USB line at the bottom of the cradle and will stop it from falling on the ground.
