Hey you can also just use the Publish to Web function in Flickr as well, I’ve found that works pretty well.
If you look at the uploading tools in Flickr, it has one titled ‘Upload to Flickr via Windows XP Explorer’, all you need to do is click on publish to the web, you can upload any amount i’ve found as well.

You can always send directly out of Windows Explorer with this little registry hack. It's good stuff and you can even add tags while still in Windows.
