		<description>I like a more low-tech approach to learning Morse Code--there&#039;s a very intelligently designed chart available at http://www.learnmorsecode.com/. Check it out. Of course, you&#039;ll need code to listen to, so the computer program might be good for that, but I like the dit/dah chart approach. :P</description>
