Comments on: XBox 360 To Be Backward Compatible

does anybody have any idea what xbox games will be backward compatible with the 360
xbox. I was wondering because I have heard different things like only the top selling games can be played on the 360. I have Fable and Wolfenstein. They might be compatible, but I’m not sure. another think to think about is all the files on the xbox if they can be transferd to the xbox 360

One would hope Microsoft would take at least that cue from the Sony.

Another that is less likely it to focus on making good connections with the powerfull developers.

3 good non-spots non-PC port games is not enough to justify a console for me. (though I do own one…)

Seems pretty clear to me.

It sounds like they are just saying that you can play against people through Xbox Live. So, if you have the same game on both systems, you will be able to play against each other. Nothing there really states that you will be able to run an Xbox game on the new system.
