		<description>Yes, I can&#039;t stress enough that this is not the best method of programming this type of thing. For one thing, there are &quot;OOP best practices&quot; I&#039;m not following. This was an activity in problem-solving more than anything. As mentioned, if you actually are going to implement XML-RPC functionality in your code, the XML-RPC.Net library is definitely the way to go.</description>
