There was a message saying that this was going to go live at 10 am Central Time, but it looks like it has been opened up early.
I just created my account. So far it looks useful. You have a main page for storing To-Do lists, Notes, Files, Images and Links. The system has 4 different account levels. The free version gives you 5 pages and 10 active reminders. Reminders can be sent to you via email or as an SMS message to your cellphone. There are 3 pay plans, ranging from $5 a month to $19 a month, with each plan allowing you to store more pages, reminders, images and files. Image and file storage are not available to the free plan.
Seems like a great concept. I will have to play with it more to evaluate its usefuleness for me, but you may find it to be a great organization tool.

1You’re a quick one. I just got the email and thought I’d check to see if anything was up here, and sure enough.
I think they’re taking a traffic hit as I couldn’t get to the sign up page.

2They actually took it live about an hour ago…maybe more. I looked around 6:15 (central) this morning and it was not up. I got to work about 8:15 and it was live.

3I think they probably launched early to help distribute the load. All the early birds would get their worm, while a big chunk of potential signups wouldn’t pound the server until later in the morning.

4I got an early Golden Ticket to sign up on Saturday. I’ve been palying with it for a few days and It’s a pretty cool app. It really has been thought out well.

5If I wasn’t out of school already (last exam was yesterday, w00t!), this woulda been a great tool for organizing all the assignments… Maybe next semester. :) Thanks for the link.
