How To Sit At A Computer

Do you find that you have a sore back or a crick in your neck after an 8 hours of World of Warcraft….um, I mean, work…yeah, work? Then take a look at this site for the optimal way to set up your computer workstation.
Tells you how to sit in your seat, where to place items on your desk, how high your monitors should be, etc. Once you have your workspace set up properly, make sure you take breaks every so often, strecthing, refocusing your eyes, and so forth.
