A pretty good “spoof” site. It looks a lot like the Mozilla site, but it is touting Internet Explorer.
The wait is over. Internet Explorer empowers you to browse integrated with your entire Windows experience more than any other browser. Stay with the vast majority and continue using the default browser today Other browsers don’t understand the complete inner workings of your operating system like we do. They just can’t compete.
The site’s tagline just kills me.

Tabbed Browsing
Screw that. It will only confuse basic users, so instead of making it an option, we just didn’t implement it at all. Oh wait… there goes our browser market share. Our next release will have tabs.
Maxthon (still shown as MyIE2 on that page) is a great IE shell.

Just don’t use IE or any shell!
Why do you want to run something over an unsecure and unstable browser that will only make one those two flaws even greater?
I tried Avant browser for a month or so when one of my co-workers started using Firefox, every three days or so I had to run Ad-Aware to remove spyware and he hardly ever did.
I installed Firefox, and had no more problems again except when I installed the free version of Flashget which managed to get some things on my system due to it’s adds.
