Hell, you can cut cost on Windows licensing and turn to open source software. These machines being sold with Linux on them can be sold as "high end servers." You can increase the retail, while cutting costs at the same time. Will it be done? Porbable. Will it be done in the near future? Highly unlikely. It is feasable.
