Shadow Dexterous Hand

The Shadow Robot Company has created the world’s most advanced Dexterous Hand. It’s driven by a block of air muscles mounted behind the hand on the “forearm”. Pneumatic valves and initial control software are provided.
The joints of the hand are driven by an opposing pair of muscles, permitting variable compliance at the joint.

3I do believe that if the shadow robot company continues with their ai, and air muscle research, they could very well achieve what honda has already done with ASIMO, although Asimo at this point is already far beyond What shadow has, with the air muscles, it could advance, even surpass asimo, and that would cause a sort of competition in the robotics market, to make and sell robots, all very exciting.
Are we seeing the begining of a new age, forming before our very eyes, or merely science fiction trying to push through
