Just from the name of this product, you probably think that it is associated with Flickr. Wrong. But what is the deal with spelling stuff like that these days? Anyway…
Talkr provides a service that allows you to listen to your favorite text-only news sources rather than read them. If you can point us to an RSS feed (a machine-readable version of your favorite blog or news source) we will convert that feed from text to speech.
Basically, you can create a podcast of any site that offers an RSS feed. They have a nice collection of feeds in their database already, and it is easy to add your own feeds. I wonder what the voice that reads the feed sounds like.
