Want to give your fancy digital shots a little retro touch? Might I suggest the Polaroid-o-nizer? Just give it the url of an image you want to “onize”, change the tilt degree or background color, if you wish, and Polaroidonize away.

the photo & joke is in poor taste
Are you kidding? That’s my own picture of a humpback whale taken while whale watching off Cape Cod. And it was approximately 10 minutes before I got seasick.
Although, I do now realize to what you’re referring. Honestly, it’s just a coincidence.
*laughs* who cares? Great find Nicole, thumbs up :-)
I must have poor taste: I found the joke funny(intended or not).
I think the orignal comment was referring to the recent spate of shark attacks off the Florida coast. I thought that was a reference at first but realized it was just a unfortunate coincidence. The script is a nice hack, any other languages or just PHP?
Hi!
The script is written in PHP (using the GD library for image manipulation). Unfortunately Polaroid Corporation is on to us for trademark violation :(
Really? Cluelessness abounds.
I’m sorry to hear that and wish you the best of luck.
What happened to the site? Can anyone help me find the site. I need this tool, or if you know of anyother tool that converts digital files to polaroid images
Hi! The ‘original’ website is down due to legal actions from Polaroid. However, there are a couple of mirror sites:
http://pon.josti.nl
http://www.polaroidonizer.mujweb.biz
http://polaroidonizer.b3ta.org
http://polaroidonizer.5gigs.com
http://labs.brianblog.org
New version is available at http://pon.josti.nl (http://pon.josti.nl/polaroidonizer_v0.6.zip)
0.7 sees the light, check it out at polaroid.onizer.be
