Yep. That is the circuit board of an iTrip inside the case of a Sony Playstation Portable.
This site has directions on how to connect it so that you can listen to music in your car from your PSP in the same fashion that iPod owners do using the iTrip.

1Holy crap that’s amazing. I’ve got an itrip mini for my ipod. Now all I need is a PSP…

2And with half the time, third the cost, and fourth the effort, you can add an AUX input to the car stereo itself(much better sound, but with cable attached from psp to receiver). This is the epitomy of a geek project: Totally useless, but still amazing.

3Jeremy, Help! My son bent the jack for his iTrip such that all but two of the wires to the jacks pulled loose. I can’t find a pinout of what goes where to re-solder to the jacks. Can you provide this info? The board looks different than yours. It is copyrighed 2003 and says iTrip 4014 and P107. Thanks!!

4I have the same problem as Steve, with the same board. I’ve searched the web but didn’t found about wire connections.
