TeamXbox has some hi-res pics of a few of the peripherals that will be available for the XBox 360 when it is released in November.
Probably most impressive is the XBox Live Camera. It will support 640×480 video at 30 frames per second, as well as capture 1.3 megapixel images.
The Xbox Live Camera also takes personalization to a whole new level and allows you to customize your gaming experience by putting your face on characters in your games, all while being able to video chat with your friends as you play online. And with next-generation online motion-detection-enabled games, the Xbox Live Camera puts you entirely in the game and in control of the on-screen characters over Xbox Live.

1Ever since Quake 3 was being developed, we got told that same digital-camera mumbo-jumbo, that we would be able to put our face on a Quake skin, sure it’s possible, but it isn’t a trivial issue.
If they do implement this feature in Quake 4, there will be all sorts of silly and senseless faces, just because it’s meant to be a face doesn’t mean it will be… people will eventually abuse it.

2Now you can moon your XBox Live rivals in realtime! But do you really want to see the face of the twelve year old kid mocking you after a Halo 3 beatdown?
