There are some pretty fun tools coming out that make use of Flickr. Here is another one. It uses the URL of any Flickr image and creates a magazine cover with custom text and titles.
This fun little tool comes from the same people who gave us the Flickr Badge Maker and the Flickr Uploader, a widget for Konfabulator.
