Create your own express elevator using this trick.
“The designers of some elevators include a hidden feature that is very handy if you’re in a hurry or it’s a busy time in the building (like check-out time in a hotel). While some elevators require a key, others can be put into “Express” mode by pressing the “Door lose” and “Floor” buttons at the same time.
This has been tested on several elevators and is known to work on most Otis elevators, a few Dover elevators and most Desert elevators.

4yeah i work in a 3 story building and so i wanted to try it. Im not sure if you just push the buttons at the same time…or hold them or whatever. but i was misunderstood and thought that the elevator actually moved faster, but it just skips over all the floors to take you right to your destination, so there really isnt much of a point unless you are in a building with 5 or more floors.
