A big step in the right direction, the Motorola E790, more commonly known as the iTunes Phone, has received FCC approval.
The E790 is based much on Motorola’s E398 handset, and features stereo speakers, a microSD card slot, and Bluetooth. It also supports quad-band GSM, meaning that it can work on most every GSM network in the world. The design of the Motorola E790 is much the same as the E398, though the E790 is white in color and includes a dedicated music key next to the menu key.
Although there is no shipping date set, portions of the E790 User Manual recently appeared on a few of the Mac rumor sites. It detailed how to use the iTunes features built into the phone.
