I know this is a little old news to everyone, as there are over 1000 diggs about it on digg.com, but I still think it is worth mentioning, in this very Firefox versus IE environment that there are other big players out there, and Opera has been one of the those players. It has been overlooked in the past due to its advertisement banner and/or its cost, but now it is free and without ads.
So if you are looking to get rid of IE, and don’t like Firefox for some reason, now would be the time to try Opera.
Opera has removed the banners, found within our browser, and the licensing fee. Opera’s growth, due to tremendous worldwide customer support, has made today’s milestone an achievable goal.
