Polyphasic sleep is a method for increasing the amount of time you spend awake during the day. By sleeping only twenty to thirty minutes every four hours you can stay awake longer.
This seems interesting but don’t hold me responsible if something fries in your head. But perhaps this will be usefull for MMORPG players that experience alot of downtime.

6I know someone who’s been going that for a little over a year and swears by it. When he started (for the first 2 months or so) he was a bitchy, grumpy, and tired ALL THE TIME, because it took him most of the 30 minutes to fall asleep, but aparently after getting really into it it’s pretty restful. Hard for most people to just stop what they are doing every 4 hours though, school or work or whatever would get in the way of a lot of people.
