There will be a hosted VERSION of MS Office, yes. It doesn't mean it will be the ONLY version. There has been a hosted version of most of them for years. Yes, MS Office use propretary format. But in all fairness, MS Office is the best in it's class. Windows definately suck and is there only because of MS monopoly.
