Actually, I don&#039;t think that either are out of touch truely with their customer base, they just don&#039;t take the time to do a proper bug hunt on their programs. They also spend way too much time loading down their programs with &quot;features&quot;, interpretted, they mean, &#039;memory hogs&#039;!</description>
