Fanjita has released the first stable version of his eboot loader that works on 2.0 and 2.5. Currently it doesn’t support a lot of homebrew software, but it should very soon.
To install follow these instructions
Use WinRAR to unpack the contents of this package into the root (topmost) folder on your memory stick. Note that if
you have an existing GTA savegame that uses slot 5, then this will be overwritten by the eLoader savegame.
You can see which slots you are using by the folder names – ULES00182SX, ULES00151SX or ULUS10041SX : X is the slot number.
To download head over to PSP-Spot’s download section or click here.
Via PSP-Spot
(For the moment Fanjita.org seems to be offline, when it returns I will put the link to his loader’s page)

Hi, does it works on PSP 2.01?
It should work all you need is to try it out. If it doesn’t just update the firmware.
I don’t see anyone announcing anything about possible 2.0+ downgraders anyway.
yo niga’s this works.dudes i got a snes emulator working. don’t get eggdon.
uh, I won’t get LCS for 2 months, is there any other program out there that I can use?
I can’t wait any longer!

oh yeah, I have PSP version:2.60
Sorry for triple post.
When installing the eboot loader, the files have to go to the root folder, what exactly is the root folder? There are 2 folders one says MP Root, and the other says PSP. When I place the files in the MP Root folder GTA doesn’t display the save file, but when i put it on the PSP folder GTA displays the save file and my eboots sometime load but not often.
put it were the 2 folders are that is the root.
ITS SHIT
The root folder is the drive it should have psp and MP root inside of it
THIS THING SUCKS
SHUTUP NOOB
