Well this is surprising. Just when every major tech company seems to be releasing their miniature robots Sony decides to stop making one of their longest running and well known ones. About a year ago they stopped building their PDAs for the same reason.

The source of this information isn’t entirely certain of it’s veracity since he didn’t check with the company itself. But judging from where it comes from, he thinks it’s a pretty reliable source.
Rest in peace Aibo, you were a great gadget.
