Google announced today a new initiative against spyware and trojan horses.

What this site allows you to do is:

independently evaluate downloadable applications, publish objective information for consumers, and provide an easy web-based way for users to describe problems they’ve encountered.

In short it’s a place you can resort to when you have spyware problems, so it should make a pretty valuable bookmark for you in the future, whether you caught the spyware yourself or just helping a less knowledgeable friend.
