Kristin Pishdadi (cool name) from the 9rules blogging network has just made an article explaining how to achieve the “favicon look” (or faviconographical look) of the 9rules Communities Page in Wordpress and achieve the “bubble” tooltips effect at the same time.

A great read, if you ever need to implement a lot of links in the future or just want to learn a bit more about CSS and/or Wordpress.
