Apple is helping people make the switch from PowerPC to Intel by removing the option of buying PowerPC-based systems. It started with the removal of the 15″ Powerbook from their online store, and now the 20″ iMac G5 has been declared “End Of Life”
“With immediate effect, the following product and it’s relate configurations are “End of Life” (EOL) and no further orders can be taken,” Apple explains.
