Nokia Ngage mp3 original (not QD) beats them (except sony 50hr battery life and recharge!) and is thin as a catwalk model compared to the mobiles of the late 80’s.
RealVideo, dedicated stereo mp3 chip, Symbian OS, changable case,.. bouncing equalizers, ohh and the best tech thing is the built in loudspeaker… suck on that def sh*t Ibob & Dorkman

Only in Japan.
Korea, Hong kong, China… not true.

Which is weird cuz in Japan, there are better
choices as well, it seems like they follow
Apple religiously. Then again, that’s what
Apple did so nicely, create the atmosphere
such that when u r using product from Apple,
u feel like u r part of the trand or
something…

Dont get me wrong, I like products from Apple.
But all the hype and praise as if Ipod is
the only mp3 player is just plain weird.

70% of ipod’s reputation comes from marketing
30% from actually well built product itself.

That’s my thought.

But then again, marketing IS part of the
game, so gotta hand it to Apple and their
succesfull attempt to creat ‘Ipod culture’.

I couldn’t hold a chuckle reading this post: great original way to present a comparison between two mp3 players!
Anyway, the iPod has such a large appeal (and fame) that it’s going to take something revolutionary to spoil its supremacy.

I REALLY don’t get the whole ipod sensation.

It’s cute piece of device, but it’s not THAT

great.

Only in north America and some Eroupoean

countries it’s dominating.

In asian market, there are better choices.

Altho, this new Nano was pretty great because

they dropped the price quite a bit.

The whole Apple premium price was just BS.

Which was one of the reason Apple was almost

wiped outta IT market in the first place.

They should keep their price competative

for all of their products.
