No, this isn’t a new Sequel of the very famous Streets of Rage game for the Megadrive/Genesis console. Well, at least not officially.

Beats of Rage is a home brewed game made entirely from scratch by Senile Team and has been released for free for various consoles like the Dreamcast, GP32, PSP, Palm OS, Pocket PC, GP2X, Amiga, PC, PS2, XBox
This latest version adds support for the PSP’s analogue stick and fixes some bugs the previous version had. So if you fancy a (great) piece of gaming history renewed give this game a shot. It’s as great (if not more) than all the previous Streets of Rage games.
